At 5th Avenue Property Management we welcome your addition to our Vendor List. Having experienced, reliable, competitively priced vendors is an important part of running a successful Property Management Business.

If after reading through the following you and/or your Company believe that you’d be a good addition as a vendor; we invite you to move to the next step and fill out an application, submit your documentation and start the screening process.

You will be directed to our screening company to submit your supporting documentation, application and your fee for screening.

Screening process requires:

  1. Workers Compensation Insurance; if you have employees.
  2. Proof of liability insurance.
  3. Copy of contractor’s license if your service requires it.
  4. W-9 form for tax reporting purposes.
  5. Any additional information or documentation required during your screening to Screening Company.
  6. You may also be required to provide references.

Expectation of you and/or your employees:

  1. Professional provide only those services you are qualified and licensed to perform.
  2. Bill customary charges based on past experiences.
  3. Provide services in a timely manner.
  4. Treat all tenant, homeowners, company employees and other vendors respectfully.
  5. Communicate job progress.
  6. Provide professional and detailed statements and invoices.
  7. Make clear when payments are due for larger jobs.

Note:
Repairs are inspected and tenants are surveyed for their satisfaction. You may be suspended or terminated if any deficiencies or complaints are received.
